Terms of service
Your responsibilities
- The model is yours, and you confirm you have the right to print it — I don't check licensing. If anyone ever claims a design infringes their rights, that's yours to sort out, not mine.
- Deciding the part is right for how you'll use it. That covers anything safety-related — food contact, parts that bear load or hold things together, heat resistance, and the like. I print what you send and can't vouch for a part on any of these, so that call stays with you.
My responsibilities
- Making your part to a good standard and checking it before it reaches you. If a print turns out genuinely faulty on my end, I'll look into it and put it right — a reprint or a refund.
- Confirming the final price by email before you pay.
- Honoring that quote for a set number of days.
What 'done right' means
Done right, your part is a faithful copy of the file you sent — in the material and color you chose, made as cleanly as 3D printing allows. Printing has a few natural limits worth knowing first (detail, exact size, finish, and strength by direction). What I stand behind is a true, well-made print of your file; whether it suits your particular use stays your call.
More on those limits — what to expect from 3D printing.
Returns
Every print is made to order, just for you — so unlike something off a shelf, a print isn't returnable for a change of mind once it's made. If something looks wrong with it, email me within 7 days of getting it — tell me what went wrong and how it turned up, with a few photos showing the problem. I'll take a proper look, and if it's genuinely down to my printing, I'll put it right — whether that's a new print or a refund.
