Who's responsible for your data

This 3D-printing service is run as a registered self-employed activity in Lithuania — so I'm the person responsible for the personal details you give me.

What personal details I collect

• Your name and email — so I can send your final price, ask anything I need to, and tell you when your part's ready.
• Your phone number — the parcel locker needs it to text you the pickup code.
• The parcel locker you choose — so your part reaches you.
• Your order and payment details — what you ordered, and the invoice I have to issue for it.

What I use it for

• Quoting, printing, and delivering your order — that's it.
• To deliver, I pass your name, phone, and chosen locker to the carrier (Omniva, LP Express, or DPD). That's the only time your details leave me, and only to get your part to you.

Why I'm allowed to keep it

I hold these details to carry out the order you asked for — I can't quote, print, or deliver without them. The invoice is the one exception: I keep it because tax rules require me to, not because I'd choose to.

What I never do

• Sell or rent your details, or share them with anyone who isn't part of filling your order.
• Send you marketing you didn't ask for.

How long I keep it

I keep your contact and order details while I'm making your part, and for a set time after your order's done — 60 days — in case a question comes up once you have it in hand. Then I remove them. An order that's never paid for and quietly lapses I clear sooner, within about 30 days. The invoice and payment record I have to keep longer — ten years — because tax rules say so. Ask me to remove anything I still hold and I will, unless the law requires me to keep it.
